Yet, most people focus on what they don’t want in their lives, not realizing that the Law of Attraction will continue to bring those very things because of the time and emotional energy spent dwelling on them. As I began to realize this process of attraction, I started to focus exclusively on positive things and ask myself, “What do I really want?” As I was energized emotionally by what I wanted (financial freedom) and then taking practical steps toward that vision (developing a budget which included paying down taxes and credit card obligations), it was then I began to feel equipped to handle what previously felt like overwhelming circumstances.

I decided I wanted to be more direct and confident while serving customers in my work. I set my mind in that direction. I began to develop a “picture” of myself being confident and bold. Most importantly, I developed specific plans to act in a confident and bold manner (visualizing without any plans on “how to get there” is often inadequate). I decided to look people in the eye, get a little closer to them and speak with an enthusiastic tone that communicated that I was glad to see them and happy to serve them. It did not take long before my sales increased. Then, my manager noticed that I was being more assertive with customers and was closings sales more effectively. It was important that I received feedback to confirm what I had felt was happening. I can assure you that my hope and confidence in the process involved in the Law of Attraction dramatically increased from there. The key was focusing on particular behaviors that I wanted and then making plans in regard to my thinking, my attitudes and actions in that direction. As you intentionally focus on what you want, the thoughts of what you didn’t want are gradually washed away. You don’t fight the thoughts of what you don’t want; you overcome them by concentrating on what you want. That's where the power is. The new emotional energy constellating around what you want increases the vibration power of what you really desire. Visualizations, affirmations and specific plans of action will focus and align your mind and dramatically increase your ability in MANIFESTING DESIRES.
