Lose Weight For Life I really appreciate what Diane Gilabert has done on her site. It's a sensible, change your thinking and change your lifestyle approach. There's no Biggest Loser extremism here. Her material on purging your living space (de-cluttering) is fantastic. Funny how the very day I read that part, I had started to do some serious de-cluttering!

Happiness Club Wow! What a job Lionel Ketchian has done spreading happiness. There is so much material there and it's all excellent. There are now Happiness Clubs developing throughout the United States as a result of his mission (most still in CT at this time). Check it out!
